Terms of Service

1. Service

CSToken provides subscribing customers with a dedicated sign-in email for using an AI Team seat, team seat preparation, sign-in guidance, and customer support. Customers must complete the team-join steps as guided.

2. Payment and access period

The product price is US$69 and renews automatically every 30 days from the payment date on Whop. Payment status and next-payment management are based on Whop.

3. Account use

The issued AI Team seat sign-in email and credentials must be used only by the purchaser and may not be sold, lent, or shared. Access may be restricted to keep the service stable and to enforce these terms.

4. Cancellation

You can request to stop the next automatic payment on the My subscription screen. After scheduling the end, you can keep using the service until the current billing period's end date; when it ends, AI Team seat access is revoked.

5. Support and refunds

For issuance delays, duplicate payments, non-provision of service, or refund inquiries, submit a request through the support center on the My subscription screen. Detailed criteria follow the Refund policy.
